These terms apply when you use jerseyforsure.com or buy from Lucid North LLC dba Jersey For Sure ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is accepted once payment is complete and you receive a confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product becomes unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Products

Items are printed to order. Colors can look slightly different on your screen than in real life, and small variations in print placement are normal. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains what we replace or refund.

Shipping

Delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your package.

Our designs

The designs, text, and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please don't copy or resell them without our written permission.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or try to access it in unauthorized ways.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
