Made to order

Every item is printed just for you after you order. That means less waste, but it also means your order needs a little time to be made before it ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is a flat $5.99 per order. The exact amount, plus any sales tax, is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

• Production: usually 2–7 business days
• Delivery: usually 3–8 business days after shipping

These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, peak seasons, and carrier delays can add time. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

Address problems

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away athello@jerseyforsure.com. We can usually fix it if the order hasn't gone into production. We can't replace or refund orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Lost or late packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
